In October 2020 I decided to purchase a house through my real estate agent that was represented by Cory Gracie. The home was just framed and was still able to have all the finishes picked which was a huge plus.  Cory was beyond helpful and friendly which made us know we found the right home.  I am in the contractor field myself and have dealt a lot with bad builders but I felt good about them.  Throughout the construction we were able to stop by and watch our home built.  It was an awesome process.  Asher was always quick to respond to questions or concerns and always cleared things up quickly.  Our home was finished in January of 2021 and we had a few small issues and concerns.  I let Liz know what they were and immediately they were taken care of beyond what I asked.  They have stood behind their home more than any builder I have ever worked with which is beyond impossible to find in this day and age.  I would not hesitate to have them build me a home in the future as the Asher/Gracie team is top notch.
